OPENING TIMES:
Summer season - open with full services from 1st of June to 31st of August.
Low/winter season - from the 1st of September to 31st of May, the campsite stays open with limited services:
- self-service booking
- toilets, shower, kitchen available
- parking only on the parking area, no driving on grass or gravel!
- electricity available in the parking area
- no water refill for camper vans
- not possible to drive next to toilet waste water tank
Booking for summer season opens on the 15th of May,
Úlfljótsvatn Scout and Adventure Center - the home for Icelandic scouts for over 80 years.
Located in the south west of Iceland, Úlfljótsvatn campsite sits in a privileged environment full of outdoor opportunities, natural beauty and unlimited wonder.
Every year, all year round, we welcome Scout groups, school groups, campers and companies.
Whether it’s going up the tallest climbing tower in Iceland, hiking around, kayaking in the lake or simply camping with friends and family, Úlfljótsvatn will always have open doors for those who want to be part of our home.
