• Operator
The campsite is operated by Landsal ehf. (National ID No. 571103-2230), which is responsible for all services provided on site.
• Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled arrival time.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
• No Refund for Early Departure
No refunds will be issued in the event of a shortened stay or early departure, regardless of reason.
• Proof of Reservation
Guests must present a valid booking confirmation, either printed or in digital form, upon request.
• Check-in / Set-up Time
Camp setup is permitted from 15:00 (3:00 PM). Earlier access may be granted at the discretion of the operator, subject to availability.
• Check-out Time
Guests must vacate the campsite by 12:00 (noon). Late check-out may be granted upon request, subject to availability.
• Capacity per Pitch
Each camping pitch allows a maximum of 6 guests aged 13 and older.
Children aged 12 and under are not included in this limit.
If the group exceeds this capacity, additional pitches must be booked.
• Resale Prohibition
Reselling or transferring campsite reservations to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of services, are governed by Icelandic law.
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland.
