You can pay online at parka.is up to 24 hours after you leave the area.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, an additional late payment fee (1960 ISK) is added to unpaid parking and claim sent to the owner or the keeper of the vehicle
The charge is based on the length of stay monitored by cameras with license plate recognition.
Paid time is compared to license plate cameras. Vehicle owner will be charged for unpaid usage with additional cost.
